    Had to go with this due to heavy rush season Dec '25 around the Christmas break. We were with young kids in winter, there was no hot water available. Wifi signals were non existent in the 2nd floor. There was constant cigarette smoke inside the bathroom. Staff were horrible to say the least. They took 1 hour to get a water bottle. They do not have any answers to the issues faced. I don't know how they have managed such good reviews in Google, they look paid

    Average hotel. You can stay if you don't find a place anywhere else. If you are pre planner, better to book somewhere else. Room service is limited. If you ask them to get tea , they will get shop shop outside. Cleanliness is average. Bathroom fittings are okay.
