About this apartment rental
Enjoy the fantastic location on the edge of the Palatinate Forest. On the quiet outskirts of Hermersberg, in a small cul-de-sac, you’ll find a peaceful retreat with sweeping views of the Teufel Valley and the Palatinate Forest. Relax on the small covered patio or the large sun terrace with a cool drink while dinner cooks on the gas grill out on the grill terrace. The 3,200-square-meter property also features a playground and a spot for a campfire.
The house has three stories. The basement is permanently leased, while the first floor and first floor (143 square meters + terraces) are available for your use.
On the first floor, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen (including a toaster, kettle, rice cooker, Senso-Pad coffee maker, milk frother, microwave, oven, large induction cooktop, and large refrigerator), dining room, bedroom (double bed, 200 cm, with storage), and a brand-new bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, you’ll find another bedroom (queen-size bed, 160 cm), an adjoining bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and the living room with internet TV and a streaming stereo system.
In the courtyard, there are two parking spaces and a garage for bicycles with a charging station.
In the basement, you can use a washing machine, a dryer, and a freezer.
Things to Do
The location is ideal for hikes on high-quality trails (Sickender Höhenweg, Holzlandweg, Premiumweg Pfälzer Waldpfad, and others) as well as mountain bike tours in the Palatinate Forest. You’ll find a very beautiful deciduous forest, for example, at the Horbacher Kopf, just around the corner.
