    The neighborhood is really nice and the building is good as well but they really dropped the ball with some basics. They’re just being cheap to save a few bucks. 1. I booked a room with two twin beds but they gave me one queen 2. They turn off the ACs in the hallways so it ends up getting really hot especially when waiting for the elevator - and it’s always a long wait. 3. No coffee in the room, only one bath towel per person - never seen that before - every place I’ve been to has at least one hand towel and one face towel. No body lotion, no conditioner. No plastic bag for dirty laundry. 4. Shower has a short curtain which ends up making the toilet area wet as well. No extra towel to put on the floor. 5. The shower drain was slow and almost clogged 6. No international electrical ports in the wall
