Next to the waves

The communication with the host was easy and accurate. She waited for us when we arrived and showed us the room. She mentioned that we can freely ask for whatever we need. The thing is - we didn't need anything :), the room was already equipped with everything that we could possibly need during our vacation (including kitchen appliances such as a sandwich maker and a kettle) Sheets and towels were provided, and on the 5th day we got the new clean set of everything. There was even a cute panda-themed towel for the kid :). The room was perfectly clean when we arrived - in the last 10 years of our vacations in Greece, this was absolutely the cleanest and tidiest accommodation that we've booked. Our room was in the basement, with two chairs and a table in the garden, and there a couple of showers to wash off the sand. I wish there were some umbrellas or other ways of creating shade, because the garden is looking to the northeast, and the sun is pretty strong in the morning. However, after 12-13h, the shade is there, so you can comfortably sit in the garden and enjoy a coffee. The host lives on the 1st floor, so there are no other guests in the house, which is perfect regarding the peace and quiet. The area is very quiet, a few hundred meters from the town center, and we were even able to sleep with the window open, in almost perfect silence. For me that's the most important aspect when it comes to choosing a place to stay. The host kept one parking spot on the road for us when we arrived. The road is next to the beach, 30 stairs away from the home, and very safe (I even forgot to lock the car one night). Regarding the parking - it could be a little crowded on weekends, but a lot of people leave around 7-8 PM. The room doesn't have A/C, but there are three powerful ceiling fans (and the room is in the shade after noon), so we were able to cool it enough to be comfortable. Awesome vacation, I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that I would like to see different is a better mattress on the double bed. It wasn't as comfortable as we would like. Other than that, everything was great, but if I really wanted to nitpick, I would like to see some kind of shade in the garden (a canopy, a big sun umbrella, or something like that), and maybe some small plastic shelf in the bathroom to put away some stuff. Again, not a big deal, and it was perfectly possible to live without those things for 10 days.

Temiz ve düzenliydi. Konumu çok güzel, bir koyda bulunuyor ve merdivenle plaja iniyorsun. Ev sahipleri çok iyiler aile yeri. Çok sevdik.

Mutfak malzemesi azdı, bir şey pişirmek isteseniz biraz zorlanabilirsiniz. Ama dışarıdan yiyecekseniz sorun yok. Banyo büyük ama el yıkama lavabosu çok küçük. Birde duş aldığında su dışarı taşıyor sonrasında kurutmak sorun. Uzun süre kalışlarda konforu düşürür.

Great location and cosy place! We loved this place as it was perfect for a family of 4. It was great to have discovered another place we could stay at when visiting this beach. The location to the beach and the Frog Lounge and town was great. The place was clean and it really was 31 steps to the sea.

We loved everything but it would be great to have a stand in the bathroom to put toothbrushes etc. Everything else was great!
