La Casa di Fabiola

Consiglio vivamente questo delizioso appartamento nel centro storico di Bracciano a pochi passi dal castello! Fabiola e suo marito sono stati molto gentili, disponibili e ci hanno permesso di entrare in casa un po' prima dell' orario del check in! La struttura, oltre ad avere un' ottima posizione, è molto pulita, accogliente e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio! Il bagno con grande doccia e vasca idromassaggio è stata una delle sorprese più gradite della casa! Ma quello che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stato sicuramente il proiettore in soggiorno 🤩 Ci torneremo sicuramente!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment as a couple. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos—spacious, cozy, very clean, and well maintained. It immediately felt comfortable and homely. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Bracciano, with restaurants, cafés, shops, and the lake all within easy walking distance. It was the perfect base for exploring the town. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were some of the best we’ve ever slept on. After long days of sightseeing, it was wonderful to come back and get a great night’s rest. We also really enjoyed the whirlpool bathtub. During the hot July weather, filling it with cold water was the perfect way to cool down and relax. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. We really appreciated the thoughtful welcome treats they left for us, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, this is a lovely apartment in a fantastic location, and outside of one major issue, we truly enjoyed our stay.

The biggest disappointment was that there was no air conditioning, even though we booked this apartment expecting it to have one. We visited during a July heatwave, and without air conditioning (upstairs) the apartment became extremely hot, making it almost impossible to sleep, even with the fan provided. Unfortunately, after our second night we decided to move to different accommodation because the heat was simply too much for us. There was also a very strong fragrance in the downstairs entrance from several reed diffusers. My husband is very sensitive to strong scents, so he put the diffusers into a plastic bag to make the smell less overwhelming whenever we walked through the entrance.
