This apartment is a little gem of a place. The location is brilliant and the facilities ideal for a two person break. The apartment looks fairly new and the finish is bright, modern and done to a high standard. The added bonus of two rooftop terraces, one with a plunge pool was the icing on the cake. We were there the week of the Nerja festival and for the price we paid the value for money is exceptional. Turn left out of the front door and you reach quieter bars and restaurants within 5 minutes, turn right and the Balcon de Europa is within a 10 minute walk. Couple of things I would mention, it would be nice if the owner/host had a bottle of water available when you arrived and strangely there was no soap in the apartment but unless you arrived in the middle of the night it's not a problem as there's a supermarket literally 5 minutes away. Also, communication from the owner could have been a little better particularly if you are in Nerja for the first time but no big deal as the place is easy to get around. Can't recommend this accommodation highly enough.
What's not to like about this apartment. One thing to note, there is construction work taking place in the house next door and the builders arrived at 8am every day but were gone by 4pm. It did get a little noisy on occasion but in fairness didn't disturb us that much. Despite what one reviewer says on here you are informed of this in the property description when you're booking so no point in complaining about something you already know is there.

Stunning apartment for a couples getaway. Loved having the pool on the roof was perfect for some peace quiet & relaxation. Couldn’t have wished for a better place. Location is excellent! Just around the corner from all the shops, bars & restaurants & only a short walk to the beach!
Will definitely be returning
Only slight downfall was we arrived at 2am so would have been nice a have been left a bottle of water as all the shops were shut but nothing major.

La casa está muy bien y limpia, lo que más me gusto fue la piscina, es muy tranquilo no había ruido.
