Casa Paraiso Andaluz Deluxe offers a unique opportunity to experience life like a local in Nerja. There is direct access to the garage, laundry room with a washer-dryer, and a toilet.
From the living room, there is direct access to the interior patio with a relaxation area and a private pool. There is also a bedroom with a king-size bed (1.8m x 2m), an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the private pool area, which features a modern barbecue.
First floor:
One bedroom with a double bed (1.40m) and another two bedrooms with two 80cm beds that can be combined into a double bed (160cm) or separated into two single beds (80cm). There are two bathrooms with showers.
Roof top floor:
An expansive 80 square meter terrace that includes a lounge area, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. The terrace offers panoramic views of the sea and mountains, providing a serene and tranquil setting for relaxation and leisure.
The house is conveniently situated in close proximity to the town center, beaches, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, offering easy access to a plethora of amenities and attractions.
For parking convenience, the property features a garage that can accommodate one car and measures 4.80 meters in length, 2.80 meters in width, and 2.10 meters in height. In the event that guests arrive with more than one car, there is an additional carabao parking option just 350 meters away.

This is a fabulous villa in the centre of the old town, very close to the Balcon with an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops within a few minutes ‘ stroll. The villa is very well kitted out with high quality kitchen appliances, crockery etc. and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The roof terrace and the pool area are well equipped with garden furniture, and the pool, although small is great for a dip on those hot afternoons! There are a lot of stairs which might not suit those with mobility issues or young children but there is a bedroom with en-suite on the ground floor which would help. The villa is very well designed and pleasant to stay in. It’s on a quiet residential street which means no noise and helpful for a good night’s . We were a party of six adults and we all had a great time!
More towels would be nice. I spent lots of time washing and drying towels which wasn’t ideal. The beds, although comfortable enough would have been even better if the bed linen was better quality (which I would expect to see in a property of this high calibre)

We have been coming to Nerja for over 10 years and have stayed at various places & Casa Paraiso Andaluz Deluxe has out shone every single one. We could not find a single item wrong with this home. It was amazing equipped and the most comfortable home we have rented. Will definitely book it again in the future.
