Very spacious and clean ! Great kitchen for large groups.
It was further from the beach than expected. The sound side wasn’t as enjoyable. Definitely did not like that the pool is $6/day/person !
The property should have included pool access for the price.

The house is new, spacious, in a great location on a quiet block right near the sound and close to the beach as well as some of the local attractions (in particular, Jockey’s Ridge is right nearby, and Jeanette’s Pier, Coquina Beach, and the Wright Brothers monument are all fairly close too). The furnishings are bright and modern, and the elevator is very helpful. Additionally, the outdoor areas are great—with a large wraparound deck as well as a separate, private deck off the master, a covered carport with an outdoor shower, and patio area. The bathrooms were modern and clean and the laundry room—featuring a new washer and drier—was very helpful.
