Spacious, newly renovated apartment with a stacked kitchen and nice decor.
Grocery store nearby.
For golf lovers- right in the middle of the golf course. Not included in the rent price, though.
Clean, quiet, gated neighborhood.
Plenty of pedestrian/bike paths.
Far from the ocean.
Need a car to get to any of the closer towns.
Maintenance upkeep asks for a bit more - hair in the corners, stains on the blankets, dust balls behind the side tables. The balconies are full of debris and cobwebs.
I am tall, 5'7. But I had to reach up to get to the bed. For an older, not-so-tall person, it might be a challenge.
The windows are not built to withstand the high winds that are common in the area. We had a whistling to entertain us through the whole day and night. No escape.
