L'emplacement, la literie et l'accueil.
Mur peu épais côté réserve (au point d'entendre les personnes présentes) et canalisation des toilettes (tres bruyante lors de l'utilisation de celle-ci au niveau du 2ème étage). Beaucoup de bruit si nous gardons les fenêtres ouvertes, car il y a un restaurant au rez-de-chaussée.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, alles da was man für eine Nacht braucht inkl. Kaffeekapseln. Zentrale Lage.
Das Haus ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig und die Haustüre klemmt.

Eu gostei muito porque é perto de tudo da padaria do açougue da Estação Catedral tem tudo perto.
Eu não tenho nada a reclamar.

L'alloggio in sè è stato consegnato pulito, gradevole dal punto di vista estetico
Lo stabile in cui si trova l'appartamento è decisamente brutto. La porta di accesso va spinta, le scale sono polverose e nell'atrio sono depositate cassette e masserizie varie. Abbiamo trovato imbarazzante entrare in un posto così degradato. L'appartamento era però accettabile, pur se non esattamente comodo. Ad esempio mancano un tavolo adeguato e un armadio capiente.
