Very good communication with host. We had a problem with one of the keys and Patrick came within 10 minutes to replace it. Parking in shade (barrier was a bit heavy for a 70+ woman!). Very well kitted out for a small space. Very clean. Good beach fairly close by and easily walkable (but return walk all uphill!). Lots of little restaurants and bars along the promenade.

On the advert it mentions the pool. There is one but there are no sun loungers or chairs around, just bare tiles/concrete. I presume residents have their own equipment. Shame as I like an evening or morning swim!

The studio was of high standard, all furnishings looked brand new, plus excellent air conditioning. Everything you needed, washing machine, fridge freezer, hob and oven all new. Bed nice and comfortable, beautiful views ans shutters to close and keep sun out if needed. Only thing we could fault is a Larger electric kettle as the one in the kitchen was very small but there was a coffee machine. Pool are was small But a sun trap. The building is up a small winding bank, we did a lot of steps and managed it no bother. A beautiful fully equipped place to stay.

1. One small mini pillow per person impacted on sleep 2. Uncleaned mattress protector. 3. Dust. 4. Unable to use hob. 5. No oven casserole or dish provided, unable to use oven due to this. 6. Our parking was taken by someone couldn't park on last day. 7. AC timer during high heat during night was problematic. Sleep impacted negatively combined with inadequate pillows. 8. No solutions from manager after these were raised with manager. Lastly the unit is marketed as a Penthouse which means spacious, however this is not the case as the unit is very small and cramped. Lastly the management company we felt could have provided better service on these important issues raised. No one even came to help us.
