Extra Spacious Modern Apartment HUB Nice Center

The perfect size for a larger group, extremely clean, perfectly equipped, with five toilets, five showers, and spacious bathrooms. We didn’t miss a thing.

We had an amazing stay at Olga's apartment for our hen party weekend! There were 12 of us, and Olga couldn't have been more accommodating from start to finish. She was always easy to contact, quick to respond to any questions, and incredibly friendly throughout our stay. The apartment itself was beautiful – modern, spotless, and very well maintained. The location was perfect, right in the centre and within easy walking distance of everything we needed. A lovely touch was arriving to find Prosecco and fresh fruit waiting for us, which made us feel so welcome and helped kick off the celebrations. Olga went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return in the future. Thank you, Olga, for helping make our weekend so special!

The appartement is really nice, is perfect for a group of friends that would like to join nice, we were there for a bachelor party. Appartenent is super clean and stocked with anything you can imagine. Position is also good, 5 min from nice station, close to the city center. The owner is nice and clear in the indications.

Maybe not so many light, but is ok.
