Des petits détails font la différence qd il l s’agit du luxury apparemment surtout sur le côté hygiène, la brosse de toilette dans la sale du bain dégage une mauvaise odeur et son état est critique😵‍💫, il fallait la changer tous simplement ….

Aya and Zachariah was such a good help and made my stay memorable and fun. I can’t wait to be back. They are such a blessing to the company

Great staff

The M Residence is in a very nice shopping mall with tons of great restaurants and shops. The staff is exceptional and willing to help however they can. Aya at reception was super responsive and always made the effort to exceed expecations.

The rooms are showing their age. Furniture is chipped and missing paint. Carpet had a huge stain and was lumpy with a substance we couldn't identify. Water pressure is very low and hot water will surge unexpectedly. This is a service apartment but there was no dish soap, sponges, laundry soap or even paper towels. No robes or slippers provided. For the price I think this is basic accommodations. Wifi went down for the entire day at one point and AC stopped working on the last day. Cleaning staff waited until after 4:00 PM to clean so we often arrived back from a full day and they were still in the apartment. Our phone in the room was broken as well as the toilet role dispenser and although reported wasn't fixed. Again, the staff was wonderful but I wonder if they have the tools they need to meet expectations
