Some of the furniture was clearly recycled and was chipped, damaged and scratched which was out of place to the other furniture. Every time I walked in the building I was questioned what I’m doing here which became frustrating. Didn’t let me check in till 5pm and I had been waiting from 3 but was there at 10:45 to check me out!!!

The location was excellent and very convenient for the purpose of my visit. It allowed me to move around easily and save valuable time. I especially appreciated being able to take several walks at different times of the day; during this time of the year, the weather makes this experience particularly enjoyable and refreshing. The surroundings felt open and pleasant, with clean and unobstructed views that created a calm atmosphere. One of the highlights was the sunrise, which beautifully filled the room with natural light each morning. It created a peaceful and energizing start to the day and made the stay feel even more special. Overall, the combination of the convenient location, walkable surroundings, and bright, welcoming environment contributed greatly to a very positive experience.

I believe offering the option to provide a deposit via credit or debit card is more appropriate than requiring a cash deposit. In today’s digital world, relying on paper currency no longer aligns with modern practices. Additionally, asking the receptionist to be responsible for holding this amount should not fall under their responsibilities, regardless of how safe Dubai may be. Furthermore, considering guests from different countries, requiring a cash deposit in local currency is not very practical. It locks their money in a currency they may not use again and only releases it after departure, which can be inconvenient.
