Het appartement was groot met een prima keuken, ruime woonkamer, prima slaapkamers met separate douche en toilet. Ook het enorme terras was prima met zicht op het zwembad.

Pas bij aankomst kregen wij te horen dat wij geen gebruik mochten maken van de bedden bij het zwembad. Je mag dus op het gras gaan zitten naast de hotelgasten die wel op een bed liggen. Erg confronterend en klantonvriendelijk.

The property was nothing short of beautiful. Clean, well equipped, comfortable beds. Great storage and bathrooms. Kitchen fully equipped and had everything you need to self cater should you want to. Even down to nespresso machine. Ideal outside space with good views. Quiet. The use of hotel is another big plus. It’s a stunning hotel real first class. The communication between the rental company ALQUILERES EL CONSERJE was excellent . They provide you with all the information you need for your stay. The only advice is they do ask for your payments off the booking.com site something we are warned not to do. It is totally legitimate but it does make you slightly worried so just bear that in mind. They require a €200 deposit 24 hours before your stay as well. Again all legitimate and has been refunded in the first 36 hours after we departed. You will not an able to access the apartment before that payment has been made . We feel we need to write this to alleviate anyone’s concerns . Defiantly somewhere we would return.

The WiFi was really not working . It falls out constantly. We didn’t feel that the property would be good for persons of reduced mobility as there are quite a few steps and the walk into town is a mile and not flat. So beware of that. There are very few taxis in town. We heard 10. At the taxi rank there were often queues of 5/6 groups waiting. Each taxi took 10 minutes or more before the next one arrived so waiting times were anything from 15minutes to well over an hour. We gave up most nights and walked the 20 minute walk uphill . Fine for us , not what we always wanted to do but we are able to do so, but definitely something to bear in mind. It is quite hilly around Moraira.

Ya lo conocíamos cuando los apartamentos pertenecían al hotel y por eso repetimos. Pero ahora no pertenecen al hotel q es “only adults” y hay muchas restricciones.

No puedes usar las tumbonas del hotel pero sí la piscina…no tiene mucho sentido y más si estás embarazada y vas con niños pequeños…y por otro lado, el trato del personal de los apartamentos y sus amenazas con el cumplimiento de las normas. Pagas mucho dinero y no recibes buen trato. Informar también que hacen pagar fianza de 200€ a parte del coste que supone alquilar el apartamento.
