Its location was close to where we needed to be.

It was freezing cold on arrival, in an almost dark building that had people’s washing hanging out to dry in the hallways. The corridors were lit only by the emergency light LED’s. There was a nightclub downstairs that you could hear the bass from in the flat which was at the top of the building. The flat was clean and tidy and warmed up in about an hour, once I’d been round and switched all the heaters on. The owner took a £100 deposit from me and has not paid it back despite numerous contacts and allowed time. The flat was left in clean and tidy condition.
