Жильё оставило смешанные впечатления. Из плюсов — удобное расположение: рядом метро, до главных достопримечательностей Рима можно легко добраться примерно за 30 минут. Для путешествующих на машине также удобно, что внизу дома есть подземная платная парковка. Ещё одним плюсом был балкон.
Но минусов, к сожалению, оказалось больше. Комната очень тесная, а душ полностью открытый — без шторки или какого-либо ограждения, из-за чего пользоваться им было неудобно. Полотенца имели неприятный запах. Шумоизоляции практически нет — слышно всё, что происходит в соседних комнатах. Сам мини-отель находится в обычном жилом доме и представляет собой переделанную квартиру с тремя номерами. Также не понравился очень старый лифт: двери нужно плотно закрывать вручную, и если кто-то этого не сделал, приходилось подниматься пешком на 7 этаж, что крайне неудобно.
