Hotel Prior & Energy Spa

Very nice, fresh and modern hotel in a mall, practically in the city center. There is a number of different restaurants nearby. I really appreaciate that the hotel offers two bottles of drinking water and refill them every day. The selection of 3 pillows is really great, although I prefer that the smallest pillow to be a big bigger, as its thickness and density was perfect for me to sleep. The breakfast it is not a buffet, but a la carte and was really great, but it could take some time to be cooked. There were a lot of options in the menu to try during our longer stay. Unfortunately I had no time for SPA, but my coworker was really enjoying it as well as massage option. The room controls (light, heating, etc.) are rather modern and take some time to get into it; I'd prefer to have a small card with the explanations in English, the QR-code option offer some pictures in Czech language, which is not so handy to translate. My coworker spent few days with Do Not Disturb sign on. I used the online check-in options and it really speeds up the process offline. The parking is right in front of the hotel, but it takes some time to get used to it. We made a mistake and relyed on the google maps, most probably it would be better if we'd follow the GPS coords from the hotel web site. If you most of the time not in the hotel, but drive somewhereaway, it could be cheaper to pay each your single parking at the parking machines; unfortunately I could not make any app working with that parking and non-CZ plates.

There were no real issues. Maybe some slight noise from the fridge and air cond; the rain was somehow hearable, but it doesn't happen too often. The only point that annoyed me is the soar/shampoo dispencers, I had always to rotate the nose of the dispencer to find the open position. I'd advise to replace them.

This new hotel was just perfect. The room and bathroom were very big and quiet, the huge bed was very comfortable, the wifi functioned well, the breakfast was EXCELLENT, the personnel were very friendly, there was a good ironing room to use, etc. Lovely roof-terrace. A very good shopping centre on the floors below.

The wardrobes were not tall enough to accommodate long clothes (my dresses etc).
