Vinařství U Kapličky

Swimming pool and location

While the reception staff was very nice, the staff in the restaurant was hit and miss. Our biggest dissapointment was the staff in the spa centre and masseur - we booked a one-hour full body massage, but the masseur said that she will skip the arms and hands as we didn't order 90min massage. This was not part of the description for the 60min massage and the spa staff did not flag this when we booked our treatment the day before. Also, one of the spa receptionists kept locking the spa doors from the inside during the opening hours as if she was bothered by the clients - this is simply inacceptable behaviour during working hours. Furthermore, the window curtains were too short allowing for the sun to enter the room quite early in the morning. Long and thicker curtains would be much appreciated. Finally, checkout is at 10am, which is a bit too early for a place where you come to relax (and not for work purposes), especially given that the checkin is only at 4pm. In most hotels, checkout is between 10:30 and noon and checkin from 3pm.

The location is amazing and the facilities are decent. Pool side and bar are nice and restaurant has great food and service

The rooms are old fashioned and the walls are very thin so you could hear your neighbors. The specific room we got was facing the gym so it was loud in the morning and also some maintenance work was conducted early morning that interrupted our sleep…

Fantastic location & property, Bikes available to rent, Lovely rooms overlooking the vineyard, Nice selection of wines, Staff were welcoming & helpful

Paying extra for using the Spa, Very few vegetarian options on the dinner menu

Location, breakfast, size of the room

Arrogant staff in the restaurant, their attitude spoiled the whole experience - would not stay again.
