Stay away.
Location was easy to access from main road.
The fact the kitchen and bars were all shut because of a rat infestation that had been going on for a week but they didn't inform.us of before we arrived. They actually said they had informed booking.com so it was thier fault we didnt know.

Honestly nothing
The cleanliness was shockingly bad! Filthy in the bar and restaurant area! Floors walls disgusting and the thickness of dust on the skirting, sills and sky box at the tv! I was too scared to even enter the pool area! Absolutely disgusted in the place overall and disappointing as we travelled 2.5 hrs to go there!!! Last order at the restaurant 7.30 and bar closes at 10??? Poor service menu poor and my meal was crap! 2 bits of beef in the beef stew costing £18!!! This place should be closed!!!

Plenty of parking on site and its free. Rooms are a good size, and clean.
The entrance could be signed a little better, and its more a contractors hotel than a family place

I didn’t stay but I didn’t like anything about the whole experience
I didn’t like the customer service. I didn’t like the fact I booked a spa hotel and was told I’d have no access to the facilities.

Not much this time atall ask for a down stairs room for a reason
Everything really was up all night with off chicken was up stair which is not a good thing for me atall that’s why I always ask for room done stairs or assessable room

The wait at the bar. One staff member managing the bar alone!! One person running the bar at the festive period should have support. Delivering plates of food to tables going to each table returning with condiments and extras. Whilst also pouring drinks and taking fresh orders. When the beer needs changing the staff disappeared for fifteen to twenty minuets (why did no help arrive?) The certificate at the door from investors in people should be removed based on this experience.

Being upstairs when disabled asked for done stair or accessible room and dosent help no lifts
