We loved the interior of the apartment. The vibe was very cozy, almost like in the South.
We were disappointed with the communication from the owners. A few days before our arrival, we were informed that we might not get the apartment due to terrace issues. After that message, our attempts to communicate through the chat were ignored, which made it impossible to plan our trip properly. We only received vague answers after calling them directly, and even then there was no clear confirmation. While I understand that the issue itself may not have been the owners’ fault, the lack of communication was frustrating. It felt like we might not have been contacted at all if we hadn’t reached out ourselves on the last day. Additionally, instead of the agreed check-in time of 14:00, we were told we could only arrive between 16:00 and 17:00.
Cleanliness was also an issue. The shower had not been properly cleaned, and there was visible facial hair on the shower shelf, which was unpleasant and unacceptable.
