Peles Eye

Staying at Pele’s Eye was such an amazing experience, both during the day and at night. As a nature lover, I couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect. The beautiful grasslands, little sparrows, wildflowers, butterflies, cows, hens, and their adorable, friendly puppy Aka made the place feel so alive and peaceful. And at night, the sky was absolutely magical, the Milky Way, countless twinkling stars, and even a few shooting stars! It felt like such a special connection between humans and nature, far away from the noise of everyday life. The room is small and simple, but it has everything you need. I even had a few little geckos sharing the room with me, they’re harmless, shy, and honestly pretty cute! What made the stay even more special was the family. Reubon is such a sweet, genuine, and simple soul. Even from our short conversations, I could feel how pure-hearted he is. I really admire his lifestyle and philosophy. There’s something so refreshing about the way he sees the world , so childlike, curious, and content with the simple things in life. Mei is such a sweet and fun lady, and their son is absolutely adorable, too. The whole family radiates such warmth and kindness. I only stayed for one night, and I already wish I could have stayed longer. In fact, I’m already dreaming of coming back for a month, hopefully spending more time with Reubon and Mei and even learning a little about gardening from them. Pele’s Eye is so much more than just a place to stay. It’s an opportunity to slow down, appreciate the beauty of nature, and experience a different, simpler way of living. I left with a full heart and so much appreciation for this little corner of paradise. I can’t wait to come back! ❤️🌱🦎

Nothing, everything is amazing.

环境非常好，卫生打扫的也很干净，不管是白天还是晚上，拍下的每张照片就像一幅画一样。夜里能看到银河和橘色的月亮。主人很好客，Aka非常热情。非常建议客人在草坪上跟Aka追逐玩闹互动一会儿，我想找个棍子没找到，哈哈。

房型标注的私人浴室并不是单独的，而是室外公用的，这个介意的话请注意。另外因为在一个像世外桃源一样的环境，所以开车过来的路还挺不好走的，开底盘高的车合适一些。

The hosts, including their dog, couldn't have been welcoming and helpful. I loved the property and facilities, very much in line with my hopes for more eco-friendly accommodations that are picturesque.

Driving to the location with the specific GPS Coordinates was fine. During the day, but at night I failed to remember one turnoff, but I found it when I turned around and went back. I regret I was only able to spend one very short night there.

It was an adventure. Most of the other lodging sites are pretty much clones of one another. This site is unique.

The rooms are surrounded by vegetation, which attracts insects.
