Great location. Nice and quiet neighborhood. One of the few places in Paris with a heated bathroom. Very much enjoyable in winter ! (I don’t understand why you mention Place des Vosges ?)

Bel Appartement, bien équipé, linge à volonté, emplacement top, et surtout Hôte super réactif et très aimable.

Ottima la posizione a un passo da Piazza della Repubblica e stazione Metro per ogni direzione - via tranquilla con qualche attività commerciale tra cui una boulangerie tipica per la colazione. Molto disponibili i proprietari a qualsiasi ora, wi-fi efficiente, casa dotata di tutte le necessità, adatta anche a famiglie
La casa ha una sola piccola finestra adiacente alla porta di ingresso al piano terra e si sviluppa con una stanza dietro l'altra per terminare nel bagno - purtroppo non è dotata di condizionamento e l'aria è spesso molto ferma e umida per via dell'assenza di finestre e di ricambio con aria naturale; anche la camera da letto è cieca; sono presenti ventilatori a terra e a soffitto in camera da letto.

A ground floor , yard noisy appartment. Claustrophobic tight hallway leading to a bedroom with no window, with a single small window for the entire apartment in kitchen , Parissiene owners not very responsive giving impression I dont care .
