The rooms were adequate

The lack of parking and no elevator

Quiet, suite was spacious

Sales pitches, internet did not work, dated decor

No breakfast

Maintenance in the room. Needed repairs in the rooms

The place has a nice set up.

I didn't like that I was told I could have a bedroom with 2 beds so I book the place and when I get there it was even an option so I was lied to. Then while there the toilets would not flush. You couldn't even pee in them and wipe because they would stop up. One toilet even overflowed into the floor and when I called they sent someone with towels to wipe up the floor. Not even disinfect it and we had a four year old with us. Since we didn't have the extra bed we had to use the pull out sofa bed and and the mattress was like a sheet of paper with springs in it. And I had two 6ft tall boys sleeping on it together. Very uncomfortable. Also if you have asthma or allergies at all be careful. They added so much scented odor killer to the carpet that I had to be on steroids the whole stay. My asthma was horrible. My grandson that plays in the floor the entire time stayed snotty. So it would be nice if they would just leave that out. Or tone it down. Even my kids that don't have issues said they were hurting from the smell. They need to remember there are many asthma and allergy sufferers out there. I always try to stay in condos with hardwood floors or tile floors and in the picture of the room that we seen it was tile but when we got there it was a different room than what was pictured.
