Felt at Home Thanks to Russ’s Hospitality
Russ is an incredible host who accommodated me and my husband in such a hospitable way! We very much appreciated the spacious room with a nice view of the cute terrace with a pool, which Russ reinvented as a small basketball playground. The mattress was comfy for us, not too soft, which was just perfect. The room had AC and a fan, which helped when it was 85°F / ~30°C outside. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed for cooking, and the dining and TV area was great for a good dinner. The bathroom was good, and we especially appreciated the European shower (with a hose). It was very nice, spacious, and exceptionally clean for a homestay. The location is very convenient. The nearest grocery store is just an 8-minute walk, and downtown can be reached in about 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by public transit. For those relying on transit, there are three bus routes nearby.
