Great little place. The owners were wonderful and provided snacks and drinks for us. The bathroom was a bit small for me as I'm a bigger guy, but it was alright. The floor is epoxied rock so being some slippers, but overall was a good stay.

Picturesque area with all the trees and wildlife. The accomodations were cozy, for sure. Much appreciated the snacks and coffee! And, not sure if this has been featured on any other reviews, but this room has one of the best showers I've ever had. Very nice owners, will look them up again on my next trip to Pittsburgh.

This was a very cozy and comfortable place to stay! All the amenities we needed were there for us, and snacks and drinks were ready for us when arrived. A comfortable bed made our sleeps nice, and the coffee and Keurig helped us get started in the morning. Definitely would stay again when we return to PGH as it’s close enough to the places we visited and quiet at night.

The property is safe and clean, and the hosts are lovely. Access to downtown is excellent. The kitchen is less functional, being a sink, fridge, and hotplate, and the bathroom is a bit cramped. Its a great spot for a short visit, but a longer stay with cooking is a bit of a stretch.

This was a lovely place to stay, cozy and so cute with all of the Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins memorabilia. It was a quick trip to downtown, easy to get to. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and the snacks were a lovely bonus!

The location is in a nice, quiet neighborhood really close to downtown. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. They were super quick to respond to messages and gave some great local advice when I met them. Would recommend.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in Pittsburgh and brought our 2 dogs with us. The hosts were wonderful and were very friendly and helpful. There was WiFi, food and drinks provided, and everything was very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay that is only a few miles from every attraction you would want to see or do in the Pittsburgh area. I plan to be back and will book this location again. Thank you!

Wayne & Linda were great hosts.this is a perfect place to stay if you are visiting places around The city especially South Side & surrounding areas. Great for a single or couple. Linda & Wayne even provided some snacks & beverages which was really nice. I will definitely look here first the next time I come back to Pittsburgh.

My girlfriend and I went to Pittsburgh for a short three day get away to go see a concert. When we arrived we were greeted by Linda’s husband, Wayne. He was absolutely delightful! Made us feel right at home! The fridge was stocked with drinks and a few a few snacks were left for us! We met Linda our second day who was equally enjoyable. Super pet friendly and an adorable place to stay

We had a wonderful stay in Wayne and Linda's fun and cozy finished basement apartment. The hosts were welcoming and considerate and even left snacks for us. We especially appreciated that they were very dog-friendly. Everything in the apartment was clean, in good working order, and easy to find. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and ate breakfast on the table in the back patio. The location was convenient to major attractions, and the main street in Brookline has much to offer as well. It was the perfect location for us - two adults and two small dogs.

Linda and Wayne were the most accommodating hostess and host. Outside area set-up worked well for morning coffee, reading, games and listening to the birds. Stocked well well for that first day/night in with coffee and snacks. Provide more than most VRBO’s. Traveling with 2 cats, they were immediately at home here. Bed comfy, space compact but put to good use. Entrance well lit, house easy to find with the flag in front. Conveniently located to all areas of Pittsburgh, Heinz Stadium, PNC ballpark, Falling Waters and the Pavilion at Star Lake for concerts. We visit family every year and we look forward to staying for years to come. Thank you again Linfa and Wayne!

You definitely get a great deal when you stay here! Linda and Wayne are extremely nice and accommodating. I very much enjoyed my time there and was comfortable with all the amenities provided and having my dog be welcomed warmly was lovely. Being able to use the parking space is fantastic. They even had a line out in the yard to hook my pup up to while I sat outside enjoying the birds and beautiful weather. The bed is extremely soft and cushy and I was quite surprised that it did not hurt my neck/back issues (as I usually need a very firm bed) You will not regret making a reservation here! I will definitely book again and highly recommend to anyone!

For someone just looking for an economical option for a place to crash over the weekend, I definitely got well more than what I bargained for. I was immediately taken aback by the attention to detail of my accommodation from a decorative standpoint, which in my onion greatly livened it up and gave you a sense of being home, or at least in a place you'd want to call home. In addition, included in the room were a large variety and number of complimentary snacks and drinks to satisfy any hunger and thirst cravings. Lastly, my host was a gentleman and a real cool guy. He also let me use his parking lot which was convenient as it prevented me from having to look for a spot on the street. Property is located on a quiet street a short drive from the main drag in town, and also not too far from the city. I will finish by saying, as a bit of a newbie to the bnb market, I can see the difference between commercial accommodations like a hotel that are often merely a place to stay, versus a bnb where an owner puts his or her heart and soul into ensuring your stay is a pleasant one and makes you feel like you are at home.

It was reassuring having the safety of knowing Linda & Wayne were around if I needed help with anything. I loved having all the things I needed to be comfortable and not have to constantly eat out for every meal. If I chose to, I could make something at the apt or store stuff in the frig The yard was very relaxing to sit in and had a lovely view. I am very appreciative of Linda & Wayne’s kindness during my stay.
