Proximity to the beach. 3 rooms all have queen beds. Clean and had lots of beach items stocked kitchen and even games
Only negative would be the air conditioning unit had hard time keeping up with the excess heat home
Was a bit hot in daytime hours.

Location
The air conditioning in the home couldn’t keep up so for two days barely had ac until someone finally came put units in the window. Additionally, not the cleanest.
