Quiet neighborhood, privacy in the backyard thanks to the trees, excellent location, clean, well-prepared grounds (pool, jacuzzi, etc), well stocked kitchen items, and easy access.
The upstairs cooling system took 2 days to cool down (was 80° inside upstairs when we arrived and took a cold front to bring it back to the 70’s). Thankfully, we opened every window and had cool nights to make it temperate.
