Location. Price. Comfortable bed in large room. Good wifi. /use of the whole downstairs. We were the only guests, so sharing the bathroom was not a problem. Lovely dog.
The arrival instructions! The owners finally turned up to let us in an hour after we arrived - we had nearly given up. They expected us to go round the back and let ourselves in, but that was not in any instructions they had sent to us. This is something we talked to them about, and I am sure it will be tidied up. Worth saying that Booking.com were straight onto this when we contacted them, though [obviously] there is only so much they can do.

Bedroom well presented. Initial warm welcome
Dishes left in the kitchen sink by the owner. No bathroom on the same floor as the bedroom so you need to share with the family. Also, very poor communication at the end from the owner.
