Buena situación. Está cerca de todo para visitar, y la calle es muy accesible. Muy bonito y todo muy nuevo y moderno. Las ventanas dan al patio del interior de la casa que tiene mucha luz, siendo un bajo se agradece, no te ven desde la calle.
La escalera al dormitorio es un poco forzada: estrecha con escalones altos. Hay que ir con cuidado. Se cuela olor de cañerías, y si se duchan en los pisos superiores, te despierta el agua cayendo porque el bajante pasa por encima de la cama..tapado pero no aislado. Sería conveniente insonorizar de alguna forma ese tramo para evitar esa molestia. Por lo demás, el apartamento está muy bien aprovechado y decorado.

La situación estupenda para moverse por el centro de Jerez. El comedor y la cocina muy bien.
La escalera para subir al dormitorio no es apta para perdonas mayores ni de movilidad reducida. Encima justo del cabecero de la cama había un bajante del piso súper que hace bastante ruido. Ese inconveniente debían solucionarlo con rapidez ya que es muy molesto.
