not enough hot water for 4 people showering the first night.

It was in a great location. Good size with two bedrooms

Lots of house rules . Power blew when the kettle was plugged in and we had to take care of it

It was central and near bars etc.

The wi-fi was unusable and the agency was unhelpful in solving the problem. They just gave us the wi-fi networks for other apartments and the signal was terrible. Basically impossible to use internet, and no phone signal inside the building. The toilet wobbled and the bathroom door was broken which meant you could get locked in, as my 9-yr-old was. She was really upset. The mezzanine bedroom floor was very creaky so you could hear every movement of the person in the bed from the bedroom below. There was a lot of noise from apartments above. The kitchen cupboards smelt damp and the kitchen itself was not well-equipped. The apartment hadn't been cleaned properly and there was rubbish under the tables etc. The kettle had some kind of residue in it so that it foamed when you put water in it. There were no cloths in the kitchen. You had to pay a 90 euro deposit on arrival which wasn't mentioned anywhere that I saw when booking.
