I would like to share some feedback regarding my check-in experience. I had a late check-in, at around 22:00, while the concierge service is available only until 19:00. I was not able to provide my arrival time earlier, as I booked my train only the night before. When I informed the property about my late arrival, I was initially told that they would try to find a solution, but that nobody would be available should I encounter any difficulty finding or entering the apartment. This understandably made me a little concerned, as I was travelling alone and arriving late in a city I was visiting for the first time. For that reason, I simply asked whether they could provide clear instructions, ideally including pictures, to make sure I could access the apartment without any issues. During this exchange, Marianna told me that I was not approaching the situation in a very polite way. I found this comment unnecessary and rather unpleasant, especially considering that I was simply trying to make sure I could safely and smoothly access the property late at night. Fortunately, everything went smoothly in the end, and the team provided all the necessary information. However, I found the initial communication rather arrogant and unnecessarily authoritative, which left a negative impression. I hope this was an isolated incident, perhaps due to pressure or a misunderstanding, because the practical arrangements themselves were ultimately handled well. Nevertheless, I believe that guests, especially those arriving alone and late at night, should be met with clear information and a reassuring attitude rather than being made to feel that their concerns are unreasonable.

The apartment is in an excellent location close to Il Campo and restaurants. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare and cook meals. The loggia is a lovely place to read in the afternoon and the doors to the dining area can be opened to enjoy the outdoors.

There was nothing about the apartment that we didn’t like. What we didn’t like about Siena is the sheer number of large tour groups cramming the streets. Also, although taxis appear to be plentiful, it is very difficult to get one. You are unable to pre- book. Catching a bus in Piazza Gramsci is your best bet for the station. Siena is beautiful. Just be prepared for the above.

La ubicacion es excelente, super cerca de la Piazza del Campo, hermosa decoracion, muy completo en equipamiento. Muy atenta la anfitriona. Lo recomiendo 100%

Bright, clean, and functional 2-bedroom apartment near the central plaza. 900 m walk to the bus station, providing easy access for day trips out of town and direct connection to Florence. Many little restaurants, shops, and two supermarkets are on the same street. The air conditioning works well, the management team is responsive and quick to help. The kitchen includes basic condiments for an easy start. Thank you for hosting us! It was a wonderful Siena experience.
