The location and facility are good and spacious. The receptionist/host Sara (sorry if her title is not as described) is very attentive is welcoming. It was a pleasure to stay there.

What a gem of a place... wish we had longer to stay for a few days! Walking the Cammino di San Francesco we booked this for one of our nights on route - after a 23km day of walking... and what a treat it was. We had a whole apartment with full kitchenette, lounge and separate bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Sara had already prepared our home made/grown breakfast items with fresh milk, juices, cake, bread and fruit... ready for us to have at our own leisure the following morning. A delicious hot shower and king size firm bed meant we slept like babies...country air and gentle farm yard sounds soothing our nervous systems. We arranged ahead of time to have dinner included and were so pleased and impressed. The quality of the food - much from the farm - was outstanding and so delicious.. our chef Maurizio had excellent English (as did Sara) and entertained us with stories of the farm and details of the culinary delights we were tasting. We had such a great time there and will definitely return when we come to the area again.

Nothing could have been improved except our timetable - would love to have had the time to stay a few days!
