Hotel Jeyan Inn by Golden Tree at Karol Bagh

My small tour group company made these arrangements. Staff was fabulous, hotel was nice enough, location was good.

I was there in early January and it was cold in the area and there was no heat in hotel

The staff worked hard to please, the bed was comfortable.

It was cold and there was no central heat. We were cold until a tour guide told us to ask for a heater, which helped immensely.

Nice staff, very helpful; the recommended driver for a day trip was overpriced; the driver was helpful to a degree, but instead of 7-8 hours, he offered 5-6 and got tired.

Lack of heating, it was cold and I was told they did not, could not offer the heaters to work. The TV did not work. The street was extremely busy and the uber drivers did not want to come to pick me up because of that. On the New Year’s Eve, after 1am the uber driver was unable to turn into the street, refused to go around to get to the hotel and left me on the main road to walk in the pitch dark alley by myself (a 70 yo female) to the hotel, which was a 10 minutes walk in complete darkness, with homeless people in the sides of the street. It happened again, earlier in the evening, the driver refused to drop me off by the hotel, but this time there were people in the street, as it was just after 9pm.
