Homlee-Legacy 3BHK Flat in Central DEL-Lift-Terrace

The property has big rooms. The property is clean. the bathrooms are clean. The kitchen utensils are good.

1. One bathroom is not attached to any bedroom. It is common bathroom. This has not been mentioned anywhere, giving us a bad surprise at the time of check in. 2. They have boards everywhere in the property to ask more money. There is a board asking additional money for electricity usage. (They didn't collect it from us, but please ask them upfront). They do not cover washing kitchen utensils in housekeeping. They ask for money - Rs. 500 - to wash Kitchen utensils. 3. They do not do daily housekeeping. Housekeeping is done alternate days And towels are replaced every alternate day. It should be done every day. 4. The owner is responsive, but is not very friendly. 5. The property is very hard to locate. There are no boards of property or "Amit Traders" that comes in the address. You will at least need 10 mins to find the location when you are in that area. It is in a narrow lane where no car can go. So when you have a large number of bags, you have to carry all of them to 100 - 150 mts on your own, both at the time of check in and check out.

A very responsive and pleasant host. Clean apartment. Spacious rooms - all three bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The dining space provided is also comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. Proximity to Chandni Chowk, Red Fort, Jama Masjid. The host Mr. Mukim gave us some good suggestions for places to visit and to shop. A very interesting person to talk to.

No fault of the property owner, but the location is not so great. It's not unsafe as I (a woman) walked down all alone from Netaji Subhash Marg via Ansari road to the Homlee legacy at 11.30:pm. Just that it's not a posh area.
