We had a lovely stay, it was exceptionally clean and had everything you could possibly need. We appreciated being welcomed by the host even though it was quite late, the location was also perfect for the rosslare ferry in the morning. The bonus treat of meeting the puppies was the icing on the cake!
Very minor but the third bed is probably more ideal for children or teens than a third adult, but we were ultimately fine!

very practical breakfast facilities. Plenty of room. lovely shower. bed very comfortable. Location a bit difficult as one cannot have a drink and drive. I think a hospitality bus is available to Kilmore but I did not avail of this.
I enjoyed my stay.
