They places is very well decorated and they cater for so much. You can hire paddle boards and kayaks if you want and they have plenty of stuff to do. For free you can use the telescope to look at stars or binoculars to look at the wildlife. You have free use of the bbq and the outdoor kitchen facilities that has all the utensils you need and a sink. We used the communal fire pit with the hay boils and sheep fur. Considering your in the middle of of Plymouth the place was silent and there was no problems sleeping. The facilities in the tent were great and the portable power for charging phones and tablets was brilliant. Overall it was a great stay and we all had an enjoyable time and would definitely go back again. The owners clearly take great pride in what they have set up and it really shows.

I can't pick fault as they accommodate for everything and was on call if you needed anything.

Not A Dislike But Maybe Something Could Be Added For Younger Children. We Noticed A Wood Chipped Spot Behind The Outdoor Kitchen Area That Could Have A Little Swing Or Slide Or Something Maybe

We had an adorable little shepherds hut which was warm and cosy with a fire pit outside (and a Christmas tree which was a lovely touch). The staff were so lovely and accommodating and did everything to ensure we had the best stay. We went for a walk the next morning to the river next door and looked up the historical stories behind it. It was so lovely being so close to everything yet being secluded in our own little section away from the public which felt so safe and secure. The staff were really helpful leading up to the event by keeping in touch and messaging regularly and even inviting us to come early for their Christmas market though due to childcare commitments we couldn't but it was lovely to be invited.

There isn't anything they could have done better. More kitchen/cooking facilities would be a great move in the future but it's not essential at all. I would absolutely stay again, we said this about 5 minutes after arriving and again after leaving. It's been an absolute pleasure staying here and I want to thank all of the staff for being so amazing. 🫶🏽

Owners put huge amounts of effort into making this a great experience and it shows. Attention to detail good facilities can’t recommend it highly enough!!
