Il quartiere è fuori Manhattan da girare poco di notte. Durante il nostro soggiorno di una settimana la stanza non è mai stata pulita (compresa di spazzatura) Condizionatore non funzionante.

I enjoyed the charm of the old building. Walk into the building, nice old rustic wood look reminds me of old time saloon, amazing the lock was push button combo cant lose keys better have a different combination next time. Neighborhood really chill quiet but not lifeless. I cooked my own food that I been needing for awhile now. On a scale of 1-10 give it a 9.

Window could’ve been bigger, should have bigger window as far as ventilation goes. air conditioner didn’t have yellow energy star sticker or indication of energy measurements, so i have no clue if it was old or modern unit, trusted brand and seemed to run efficiently however the fact im still thinking about it needlessly lingers on. like a dumb*** Left a few items in the room, no biggie, it’s alright.

The price and location were key factors when booking this room. Just two blocks from the subway station, a Sephora, a Target, and a really good food truck—all of which turned out to be very convenient—was the best part. It’s a quiet neighborhood even tho there’s a few bars at the end of the block, the staff was very friendly and attended to all our needs, the Wi-Fi worked the whole time, and we made good use of the kitchen, which was very well-equipped considering the space. What worried me most was the shared bathroom, since I didn’t know who I’d be sharing it with, but it was a pleasant surprise to see that the door had a lock on the inside so we could lock it at any time, which gave us more privacy than we expected. (I'm going to upload some photos so you can see how it works, since that was my biggest concern and I didn't see any photos of it in the reviews). The shower was fine, although it was a bit small, but there was always hot water and good water pressure. We had an issue with the AC, but it took less than 12 hours to fix it. They provided us with extra towels, clean linens, a hair dryer, coffee, and even beer. I’m glad to see they’ve added details requested by guests, like the full-length mirror mentioned in a previous review.

The only thing I didn’t love were the stairs, but I know there’s nothing the owners can do about that old building haha. But as a heads up, carrying our suitcases up to the third floor was a real struggle, but we managed. Personally, I think the bed was a little uncomfortable, but my boyfriend was fine with it, so there are two different opinions there. Also, the table was a little too small for my boyfriend to sit comfortably since he’s kinda tall, but it still worked just fine.

Good location with easy access to metro/bus stations. They left us very delicious coffee

The room is a little neglected, the microwave does not work, the pots and pans were blackened and badly stuck with burnt-on residue. The floor was very dirty and sticky. And the listing said we had the whole place, including bathroom to ourselves, however, the bathroom was shared and it always smelled like cigarette, which was super annoying.
