Year-Round Pool & BBQ, 10 Miles to Tybee Island

The inside was very nice. There are two complete units. Location was great - 15 minutes to Tybee Beach and 15 minutes to Savannah. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. There was enough parking and you can use the garage. Neighbor was very friendly. Nice screen porch but only two chairs.

Costs $$ to get one hour early admittance. Locks do not activate until 4pm sharp. The picture above is a joke. The pool was green and had an umbrella in it. Just disgusting. The CORPORATE owners shrugged it off - there was a storm and they’re awaiting repairs and besides, the pool isn’t even open yet. The decking is old and needs replacing. The outdoor furniture is sparse, especially for the number of bedrooms in the house. The grill is something you pick up at Dollar General and was dirty. There is no real yard at all so the lawn toys we brought were useless. There is no indoor communication between the units so you have to go outside. Lucky the weather was okay as this would have been a bigger issue if it was cold or raining. The furniture in the living room was not comfortable, the recliner had plywood sticking into you. There are NO BEACH TOWELS, beach chairs, umbrellas or anything extra. There was a pop-up canopy in the master closet. There was some ground coffee and pods but probably left by previous tenant. Spices were sparse. You literally get this tiny package in the kitchen and baths. There is shampoo and conditioner.
