Todo perfecto, una experiencia excelente Es un hotel nuevo, cuidado al detalle y con instalaciones impecables. Sin embargo, lo que realmente marca la diferencia es la calidad humana de sus propietarios y el trato tan cercano que ofrecen. Tuve un problema con mi equipaje y, de forma totalmente desinteresada, se ofrecieron a recoger mi maleta en Gijón y llevarla al hotel. Cuando intenté pagarles por la molestia, no quisieron aceptar nada. Hoy en día es difícil encontrar personas tan amables y comprometidas con el bienestar de sus clientes. Ese gesto dice mucho de ellos y convirtió una estancia muy buena en una experiencia que recordaré. Sin duda, volveré y lo recomendaré a cualquiera que busque un lugar donde sentirse realmente bien atendido
