We stayed only for one night, however it was long enough for us to want to come back soon. The property is superb! Impressive space and condition. It has also a big south facing garden and a bbq. We will be back soon!

We had a family get-together at Harbourways (comprising 8 adults and 3 children) and have just returned following a four night stay. The property is in a really good location with it being an easy walk into Emsworth which is larger than expected and has a good range of shops and places to eat and drink. There are also some lovely waterside walks nearby. The house is large and well equipped and has a good sized garden with outdoor seating. As mentioned by others, it benefits from a large kitchen with an island, a good sized table for dining and the lounge has plenty of seating. The downstairs bedroom would work well for someone not confident with stairs. There is easy off-road parking for two cars although three may be possible by request. The owners are very accommodating and responsive.

Perfect base for our work stay. Super fast wi-Fi, and work spaces . Great value for money. The house is enormous, exceptionally clean, very well equipped, amazing kitchen with a social bar area. Free easy parking and effortless check-in via the key safe made logistics easy; the hosts were fantastic, incredibly responsive, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. The location is quiet yet just a short walk to town, shops, and a selection of great pubs and restaurants. Especially loved JJ’s the cocktail bar. A perfect home-from-home stay, with everything we needed for a productive stay. Whether you are a contractor, business traveler, or mixed work group, Harbourways delivers a professional, welcoming, and practical environment. Highly recommend, thinking of bringing the team back for an away day, the open space with a massive table makes it ideal. Thank you again.
