New, clean well appointed rooms with fresh contemporary and lovely decor. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, air conditioning great. Location great. 24hr front desk great. I has an issue on arrival but the Manager Iwas responsive and dealt with things quickly.

Great location, lovely room with kitchenette, well equipped as was bathroom, and very clean. Staff were super helpful - I asked for extra pillows, an iron & ironing board and they were delivered within 20 mins to my room.
They didnt give me the wifi code, I had to ask for it - however the staff were super helpful and brought a QR code on a printed slip to my room very quickly. Also, my key wasn't correctly programmed and I couldnt get in, but they sorted it quickly.

Die Unterkunft ist war ein tolles Erlebnis. Obwohl alle anderen Hotels teuer waren, gab es hier ein super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Ein tolles und überaus freundliches Team unterstützt einen zu jeder Zeit. Ich war geschäftlich da und konnte sowohl früher einchecken, als auch einen late Checkout vereinbaren. Das Splitlevel Appartement ist sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt; man hat den Park in der Nähe und ist gleich um die Ecke zur UBahn. Weiterhin gibt es ausreichend Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Nähe, so dass man alles entspannt zu Fuß erreichen kann.

Die Matratze war etwas hart; das ist allerdings persönliche Geschmacksache.

Location is excellent. Interior and the use of the space although it can feel claustrophobic especially when the bed is close to ceiling. Staff is overall friendly but little bit out of touch and confused at times.
There is no cleaning per say. The property actually serves as long time rental and during the summer they open it up for short term booking. During our stay for six days I had to ask for clean towels and request cleaning if possible which due to timing conflict was done mediocrely. Staff seems to be not trained for short term bookings including not being aware of need for more toilet paper and other hygiene like shampoo and body wash. While the price is decent the overall feel is not worth it.
