I booked a deluxe room about a year in advance as a Christmas gift for my wife in order to attend a show. The room felt different from the picture, and the shower was very disappointing- extremely small, and the shower's glass door left about a 1- to 2 inches gap between it and the wall. It felt like the toilets I get at cheap places where there's no star rating. Tiny and cramped; old tiles; awkward arrangement. The room itself had no view. I would have thought that booking a year in advance would have made some sort of difference. It was my first time at Radisson but even though it was ok enough for our stay, we felt it isn't a chain we will want to come back to. The staff it self was very pleasant and the entrance hall is nice but the rooms didn't match the feel of the entrance hall at all.

Did not choose breakfast as I thought it was overpriced
