Location and staff and food
No air conditioning in room and had to leave window open so major road noise and room so small. They gave us a temporary air cooler that had to be put in the window and it was very noisy.

Location for royal Albert hall was spot on. Staff very polite and friendly explained everything that we needed to know. Room was comfortable with all the toiletries full and facilities in room at hand. Bar was comfortable to have a drink end of our day and the breakfast was one of the best we have had plenty to choose from.
