CitySoul Apartment with Balcony

L' appartamento e' stato comletamente ristruturato con gusto e con mobili molto belli. Il posto e' fantastico di fronte a una piazza dove si puo' vedere una chiesa bizantina. E' molto vicino alla strada costiera e al mercato. E' molto facile raggiungere i piedi negozi e ristotanti.

Nothing it was perfect

The flat itself is spacious, bed was comfortable, kitchen is sufficiently equiped, bathroom is good too. Location is excellent, close to market and in the middle of everything. The flat has lots of potential, it just deserves a better management.

The kitchen was dirty when we arrived. The shelves in the wardrobe as well so we had to clean them ourselves to be able to put our clothes. Communication with the company managing the property was overall not very smooth. Thankfully they arranged for a cleaner to come to the property on the second day of our arrival. There were noisy construction works taking place next door and the balcony was overlooked by the workers so not usable during the day at all. There were also neighbors having loud sex next door at night.
