Comfy accomodation near city centre

It was decent in general and the bathroom was spacious

Location and comfortable room

Stains on the walls at the kitchen area, the room seemed a bit “tired”. There was also an incident that disturbed us. There was no mesh protection on the rear small window which was left open by the cleaner for fresh air, with the lights on; that’s how we found the room when first entered. The result was the room filling with mosquitos and both days we stayed, we kept on hunting down more than 15 mosquitos in total, before going to sleep, although we didn’t open that window again and we had bought a mosquito repellent device working 24/7. They seemed endless and I wonder how they were reappearing after the first day that we thought we were done with them.

The location of the apartment is amazing! Plenty space!

Bathroom needs a bit of touch up especially the toilet cover that doesn’t cover the entire toilet or the open shower where you will shower and the entire bathroom will be wet also because there is no mop to clean!

Calm, airy property, super quiet yet in the centre of the city. We really enjoyed our stay!

Straightforward clear instructions including photographs of the lock box location. Easy to locate the building.

We planned to cook alot while in the apartment but there weren't enough utensils. Beautiful pots and pans but no chopping board or knives.

Property is clean, new, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sophia was very polite and responsive. Location and a city view from the window is great.

The hot water doesn’t last very long so have to shower quickly. We booked last minute and didn’t have internet access until we arrived late at night. We couldn’t get ahold of the host when we arrived so we had to wait for them to respond with instructions before we could gain access.

A great stay

Everything was great from start to finish. Clear instructions, great location, quite spacious room. Just don’t forget to turn on the boiler as you check in as it takes half hour to warm the water.

Excellent choice for accomodation in the centre of Thessaloniki

Excellent location, walking distance to the Aristotelis Square, the promenade and the city centre. The apartment (Kappa suite)is in a clean and quiet building. The communication with the manager of the apartment was extremely efficient and easy. It was very clean and offer all you need for a short stay. There is a parking garage close to the apartment, but also few more in the vicinity. Many good places around for dining, shopping or just strolling. Definitely our choice of accommodation again for our next stay in Thessaloniki!

It would be good if possible to make some improvements in the bathroom (the shower and the sink), but not a problem at all.

Not worth the money

Location is great, checkin went smoothly

Bathroom tiles/groat are very dirty, walls are damaged, tv remove was barely working, AC was not working properly, no soundproofing and it's needed since there is construction zone in front of the apartment

great location, but if you don't have a car. the girl who welcomed us was kind and communicative. the apartment is neat and clean, quite correct for an overnight stay.

as I said, the location is excellent, the very center of Thessaloniki, but that is also a disadvantage if you are traveling by car. there are several garages in the immediate vicinity, but if you decide to leave your car with them, be prepared for the fact that they demand that the car key must remain with them, which is completely insane! something that is not specifically related to the apartment itself, but I believe it will mean something to someone.

Tho property is in a perfect location, you can reach everything by foot. Although I did meet the owner, we only talk on the phone, he was very polite. The room was clean, and they provide soap, shower gel, shampoo and on time use slippers.

Passable

Great host, great location

The bathroom has no shower screen, the water does not leave the bathroom and there is a strong smell of mould plus smelly drains. The host offered to come and pour something down our drains, however, this was not the only issue with the bathroom. We left the bathroom door open to allow the water to dry which left the whole room smelling of mould and sewerage. Not to mention the small flies that come up from the drains. We were forced to leave the apartment windows open all day, coming home to a very cold apartment. Mould was also present on the blinds near the bed. Although the room itself is aesthetically pleasing, breathing in mould and storage for five days, really ruined our trip! Cheap hard mattress also!
