This is a hotel-style room operated as a commercial short-term rental. It includes a small kitchenette but does not have a balcony. There are several other rental units managed by the same host on the same floor. The location is the standout feature. It is next to Aristotelous Square, within easy walking distance of the city's main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The apartment is on the second floor, and the building has two elevators. Check-in is contactless, with the key collected from a lockbox. One important consideration is parking. Street parking is reserved for residents, so visitors cannot park on the streets near this property and will need to use one of nearby parking garages, which is very costly. If you are visiting Thessaloniki without a car and want to stay in the heart of the city within walking distance of the main sights, this is an excellent choice. If you are driving, however, you may want to consider accommodation outside of the core city center with more convenient and affordable parking options.

We stayed in the Lambda suite, and the following feedback relates specifically to this particular unit. In our opinion, the property is not particularly well maintained and lacks some basic amenities, so we did not feel it offered good value for the price compared with similar accommodations in the area. One of the major issues was the air conditioning. It was running but cooled the room very poorly. During the summer, when temperatures in Greece are extremely high, this had a significant impact on our comfort. The room lighting was also quite dim. The Wi-Fi was another major issue. It was not working at all during our stay. We informed the landlord, who said it would be fixed, but after two days the problem was still unresolved. This was very disappointing, especially since reliable internet access is an expected basic amenity. Basic toiletries were another disappointment. No hand or body soap was provided, and it was not replenished during our stay, so we had to purchase our own. The refrigerator was also not properly installed, and the door scraped against the floor every time it was opened. The front door key was another inconvenience. The key frequently got stuck in the lock, making it difficult and frustrating to open the door. Parking is another important consideration. Although there are three parking garages located just outside the property, they charge around €30 per day. Street parking in this area is reserved for residents, so visitors cannot legally park in the streets around this property. Once the cost of parking is added, we felt the overall value of the stay was poor. For travelers arriving by car, accommodations slightly outside the city center may offer much better value, with free or easier street parking while still providing convenient access to Thessaloniki.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed, and the host was very kind and helpful. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.
