Die gute und vor allem sehr ruhige Lage!
Direkte und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber (Email) vor Ort!
SPA/Wellnessbereich ist nicht im Haus und extra zu bezahlen, was so nicht direkt aus dem Angebot ersichtlich war.

Hatten ein Wochenende in Velden verbracht und das Apartment gebucht . Die Lage einfach Top, von der Terrasse direkten Blick auf den See und ein wirklich sehr hochwertiges Apartment wo sich viele Hotels eine Scheibe abschneiden können. . Sind wirklich sehr begeistert und werden sicher wieder einmal genau das Buchen. Danke

die lauten Tennisplätze nebenan, der Baulärm, überall im Ort hässliche Baustellen

Great pool and private access to the lake.
Only a 10 minute work drom Velden center.
No real airconditioning - only a +|_ 2 degrees delta on the facility settings. 31 degrees outside and could not get below 27 degrees.
Password on the website doesn’t work for the WIFI.
