A great feeling of luxury
Huge duplex apartment in the best location in Velden. The comfort is top notch as is the position. Communication with Julia from the agency was very professional. It is also great that the car is safe in the underground garage of the Velden casino.
The apartment is already quite tired and requires partial refreshing. The cleanliness of the apartment is not what it should be in such a luxurious accommodation. The main bathroom requires renovation, the bathtub needs to be replaced because the existing one is worn out, the faucet is almost out of use. It is also bad for the apartment is that it is located right above two frequent restaurants, so it is almost impossible to open the windows because unpleasant smells come in from both restaurant kitchens. Despite all of the above, we give it a high rating because it is really rare to find such a large and luxurious apartment on the market for a relatively decent price. Tip: mandatory refreshing, pay attention to cleanliness and you will be one of the best accommodations in Velden.

Wohnung im Zentrum
Die Lage der Wohnung ist direkt am Seecorso in Velden mit Blick auf den See. Alles in guter Erreichbarkeit. Geräumige Wohnung mit grosser Terrasse. 2 riesige Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer 2 zusätzliche Sofabetten machen die Wohnung perfekt für 6 Pers.
Das einzige Manko ist die außergewöhnliche Dusche, die als Kabine mit Pumpe und Heizung eine Voreinstellung erfordert um sie benützen zu können. Als Alternative gibt es jedoch im Obergeschoß eine Whirlbadewanne mit Dusche.

Soggiorno piacevole ed accogliente in compagnia
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura in occasione di una gara ciclistica internazionale. L’appartamento si trova nel centro della città per cui la posizione è ottima. Ci sono alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati, come ad esempio la spiegazione dell’utilizzo della pompa dell’acqua calda: suggerirei di implementare le istruzioni anche in lingua inglese. L’appartamento nel complesso risaluta molto spazioso, cucina grande ed accessoriata. Forse ci vorrebbe una maggiore manutenzione generale (mancavano le tapparelle oscuranti in una delle camere).
