There was a guy in the opposite room upstairs constantly smoking disgusting weed indoors. Other than that, my room was comfy and great.

Great location for Portsmouth FC, 15 minutes to the beach, Close to shops and restaurants. Quiet residential area. The ensuite room is spacious and great to have a kitchen with cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave to myself.
The accommodation was generally very good but the bathroom is a bit tired. Although recently painted the workmanship is pretty poor. The toilet seat area needs a good clean/replacing and the floor seems to be missing a joist or two. Nothing serious but these areas need attention.

Great little shared accommodation house, close to the main road where you can find many restaurants and eateries. 20/25 mins walk to gunwharf quays, pleasant area, fully stocked kitchen and bedroom with lamp, fan, TV, closets and everything you'd need. Would recommend 👌
The garden could do with some plastic chairs and tables but no big deal
