The villa is located in a peaceful rural setting and the private pool is definitely the highlight of the property. The outdoor area is spacious and perfect for relaxing. It is a good base for exploring Ostuni and the surrounding towns.

Unfortunately, several issues affected our stay. The location shown on Booking was misleading and suggested the villa was much closer to the sea than it actually is. In reality, the drive to the beach took around 25 minutes. The main mattress was of very poor quality and uncomfortable, making it difficult for adults to sleep well. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and sometimes did not work at all. For guests who rely on an internet connection, this can be a significant inconvenience. The kitchen was only basically equipped and not practical for preparing meals for a family. The hot water supply was insufficient for four adults, as the boiler was too small, so warm showers were limited. Communication with the property management was slower than expected when these issues were reported. As a solo parent travelling with three children, I would have appreciated more support, clearer communication and better attention to guests needs. I chose this villa hoping for a relaxing holiday, but the repeated practical problems made the stay much more stressful than expected.
