Location - traditional wealthy district on the water. Lady that owns the place is very friendly and informative.

What I liked best was that the property was really clean, the host Deborah was a gem and the location was in a quieter neighborhood. It is 10min drive from the Municiple airport, 25min drive to the International airport and a 15min walk to ferry terminal. The centuries old house had lots of character and we were able to get 3 rooms for our family of 6. The included breakfast was home made by Deborah and it was delicious. She and her partner were very helpful and kind. They even arranged to personally pick up a pizza we ordered.
Although we were just there one night I wasn’t overly impressed by Belize City itself. There are out trip activities into the mainland which might be interesting. So the property itself is great.

The owner, Deborah, was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful getting some local recommendations. The rooms were clean and everything was just updated to make the place feel very comfortable. The location was really great too, since there aren't a lot of places downtown Belize City. The view from the patio and free breakfast was fantastic.
The overall size of the room was a little compact, but completely met our needs. Otherwise, there isn't much negative to say about this place.
